  3. Payments: Our fees are outlined upon request and are due at the agreed-upon time. Failure to pay on time may result in delays or suspension of services.

    Message Frequency

    Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 7 to 20 SMS messages per week related to your allocated loads, Pickup and Drop off details of loads, billing, or account status."

    Opt-In Method

    Opt-Out

  13. Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you wish to cancel a service request, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Refunds will only be issued if services have not been rendered or if a cancellation is made within the specified time frame.
  14. Payment Terms:

    All payments for dispatching services provided by 24x7 Freight are due within 15 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 
    Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance will be applied for each 30-days period the payment is overdue.
